Donnie and Carolyn Jordan have co-owned Jordan Air since its beginning in September 1993. With his Heating and Air Conditioning degree from Athens Area Technical Institute, Donnie began as Jordan Air's sole technician. Now he oversees the installation and service departments and provides installation consultations. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Georgia and works in the office as the financial administrator. Donnie and Carolyn are committed to serving their community and employees through quality business management.

Wendell and Will are Jordan Air service department technicians. These technicians each received their Heating and Air Conditioning degree and are NATE Certified. They are highly trained to diagnosis and service all major brands and models of heating and air equipment.

Adrian, Babacar, and Jason are a team of technicians who focus soley on scheduled preventative maintenance . These technicians are trained to make sure your heating and air conditioning unit is performing at maximum capacity at all times.
The installation crew at Jordan Air includes Daniel, Benito, Rodrigo, Steve, Carmine, Jesus, and Adrian. Each specialize in different aspects of the installtion process.
Jordan Air's office staff consists of Emily, Lacey, Carolyn and Glenn. Each works hard every day to schedule appointments, order parts and ensure a smooth transition when servicing or upgrading your old air conditioning unit.
