Carmine started with Jordan Air in 2010 in the install department and is now a NATE and EPA certified service technician. His attention to detail and big picture thinking allow him to keep the customer in mind. You see, Carmine will tell you what the issue is, what caused the issue and how to make sure it does not happen again.

In his free time Carmine likes to spend time with his kids, go shooting, hunting and fishing. His nickname around the office is Carmello, but we've found he answers to about anything.
